Husky Band Alums! We are only 19 spots away from marching a full sized band for the VA game on Saturday, September 12th! If you are interested in dusting those instruments off and marching again, please go to the 2015 VA Game Sign-Up page.
We hope you will consider joining us for our 12th annual Husky Day of Marching Percussion on Saturday, August 29th, 2015. Due to past support from local educators around the Greater Puget Sound Region (as well as British Columbia); and the continued backing of the Pearl Corporation, this event has blossomed into one of the premiere marching percussion clinics on the west coast. For more information, please visit the 2015 Day of Marching Percussion Page.
It is with overwhelming sadness that we pass along the news of the passing of a member of the Husky Band family. Paul Cooper, a member of the sax section during the 2012 and 2013 seasons, passed away peacefully this morning at Harborview Medical Center after succumbing from injuries from a fall a week ago last Saturday. The news of his passing is doubly heartbreaking as Paul was going to be returning to the band this fall and was looking forward to renewing old friendships and making new ones. He will be enormously missed and will always remain in the hearts of his Husky Band family.
